got brand new pixma 5320 and printed docutments. I then printed envelopes. when I tried to print sheets of paper after printing envelopes the printer tries but say's there's no paper in the tray. this is the second 5320 that does this. I returned the first one after it did the same thing. once I print envelopes it won't reckognize paper either the back or front tray.

Hello eepto0237.

Please check to make sure that the settings have been changed from Envelope to Plain Paper before you print again. If the unit is set to plain sized letter paper, the unit will feed from the cassette tray drawer on the bottom of the unit. If envelopes or specialty paper sizes or types are selected, the unit will feed from the rear tray.

If the error persists, please contact our support group at 1-800-OK-CANON for additional assistance.

Sometimes, if there is too much paper in the tray it won't feed. Try using half the stack of paper. I would also check for any obstuctions in the paper feed as well.
