    <description>&lt;P&gt;The printhead could be damaged or worn. Try taking all the ink and print head out and reinstalling them. If this doesn't work, the printhead needs to be replaced. Although, given the age of the printer, you would probably be better off purchasing a new printer. Canon offers a discount off of new printers. 1-866-443-8002&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;after using my canon mp970&amp;nbsp; for years it won't print because it says that the print head of incorrect.&amp;nbsp; It ask me to change print head.&amp;nbsp; why would this happen after about 10 years?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
