I just installed a new PIXMA TS5100 printer. It seems to be missing the paper output support that keeps the printed pages from falling on the floor. Has anyone else experienced this item missing? How do you go about getting another one? TIA

Thanks, Arthur. I finally found it. The graphic you referenced looked like the support was supposed to be part of the paper tray, which is where I was looking for it.
