Canon TR4520 Post and Reply Deleted??????????

I posted a message about my 4520 and got an email that I had a reply from "Tiffany" but when I click on the link it says I don't have authorization to view the reply. My original message is gone. Please advise.

Oh snap. So her answer was a slam at me for asking a question about a failed printer? How is that helpful?? What was wrong with my question? I asked a question similar to several others that I read. . .?????

And still, I have no answer to how I can fix the problem or keep it from recurring!!!!
