      <description>&lt;P&gt;Oh snap.&amp;nbsp; So her answer was a slam at me for asking a question about a failed printer?&amp;nbsp; How is that helpful??&amp;nbsp; What was wrong with my question?&amp;nbsp; I asked a question similar to several others that I read. . .?????&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And still, I have no answer to how I can fix the problem or keep it from recurring!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
