      <description>If its important to have it in QM you can give Canon a call at 1-800-OK-CANON.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have called them 20 times. I have an account with my phone number in it and it says they can't find my account and then hang up. I'm exhausted trying to get them!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the help. I have found a solution. I got rid of that printer and bought a new one that does not use the quick menu. Still a canon but a bigger better one for my office.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
