    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let's start here..&amp;nbsp; New printer?&amp;nbsp; New to you printer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not new, did it work previously?&amp;nbsp; If yes, what has changed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does the Copy feature work (standalone)?&amp;nbsp; ie..&amp;nbsp; you put a page on the scanner and press copy button&amp;nbsp;on the printer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes, the problem is related to drivers on your PC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If no, the printer might have a hardware issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
