    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently got a new computer and am attemptingto install the software for our PIXMA MG5420 on it.&amp;nbsp; The install normally progresses fine, &lt;U&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;UNTIL&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/U&gt; it comes to printer setup.&amp;nbsp; It registers tha the printer is connected to our Wi-Fi, but I keep getting 'Error: port could not be created. :0000'.&amp;nbsp; I did not have this issue when installing the software onto my previous machine.&amp;nbsp; I've tried diconnecting my ethernet and running solely off the Wi-Fi, the USB is connection is not connected (per the instructions)...I'm stumped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Computer is running Windows 10 Pro.&amp;nbsp; I can provide more specs if needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi carguy1710,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you switched the printer connection from&amp;nbsp;Ethernet to wireless, was the printer able to find your network and then connect after you entered your network password?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We look forward to your reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Funnily enough, the situation resolved itself.&amp;nbsp; I restarted the computer and suddenly everything was installed.&amp;nbsp; I'm still not entirely sure what happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
