      <description>&lt;P&gt;Keep getting a notification that the&amp;nbsp; MG 6320 printer is off line..it is set up as wireless, but have to connect to usb to get it going again..is there a fix for this? or just hook up to usb to solve the issue??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers should resolve this issue.&amp;nbsp; Please perform the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Click Start and open the Control Panel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Open Programs and Features.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Uninstall the MG6320/MP Drivers and the Canon IJ Network Tool.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Close all windows that are open.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once this has been done, we will reinstall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please visit the following link to download the MP Drivers for the unit:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mg_series/pixma_mg6320#DriversAndSoftware" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mg_series/pixma_mg6320#DriversAndSoftware&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties, please contact our support group&amp;nbsp;at 1-800-OK-CANON&amp;nbsp;for additional assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
