Recently i refill my canon g1000 printer with original ink.after that i have to move it to another place so i remove some ink from the tanks.while doing this i have accidentally put just a drop if cyan ink through the syringe to black ink tank.

The problem is the the prints are not in good manner so i contacted the services .they say my print heads had to be replaced . but i am not printed even half of the volume of the heads.

Is that cyan drop mixing to the black effect the print head?
