Excellent printer, owned for several years, and suddenly all black characters are printing green. Changed cartridges but still happening. Cleaned and "deep cleaned" but still green...... what is happening and what should I do.

Since the cleanings did not resolve the issue, could you please take a picture of your ink cartridges and attach it to you next reply.
