I’ve used this before. But now when I turn on, power lite alternates with alarm light underneath, both flashing. Using it with iPad and iPhone, as before.

Both have driver installed and I can connect to printer through WiFi network choices. Just can’t get 2nd lite to go out.

please tell me how to correct this.

Hi Margie2,

The number of flashes relates to a specific error code. The light will flash for a certain number of times, pause and then flash again. So we narrow down the issue, please reply with the number of flashes.
