    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi mrbeefy00,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand your PIXMA MG5420 displayed support code 6502. You were able to clear the papar jam; however, the support code remains.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With the support code still being displayed the print is still detecting foreign objects/debris.       <title>Pixma MG5420 Error 6502</title>

      <description>Had a bad paper jam on the mg5420 while printing. Received the 6502 code and cleared the jam. Tried to reset and has not worked since. I read the 6502 error could be problems with the ink cartridges and I did the steps to try and clear that with no luck. I still have the code and dont know what to do next.</description>
