      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Canon mx920 suddenly stopped printing black text (PGBK).&amp;nbsp; However, it passes all the maintenance&amp;nbsp; tests.&amp;nbsp; It prints the PGBK grid perfectly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi jeffbon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To continue troubleshooting this issue, please go into Devices &amp;amp; Printers (under COntrol Panel) and attempt to print a test page from the printer's driver.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After printing the test page, remove the printer from the printer list and reinstall the driver from the Canon website. Click &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/inkjet-multifunction/mx-series-inkjet/mx922/pixma-mx922" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; to access the most current driver available. Once the new driver is installed, restart the computer and perform a test print from the computer again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you assume my last response as to whether or not that particular page printed corretly to mean every page is now printing correctly?&amp;nbsp; Because that is not, and has not been the case.&amp;nbsp; They're still printing mostly in a red shade.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi kmelichercik,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the grid on the nozzle check is black but when you print from the Mac everything is red, then I recommend removing the printer from Printers and scanners and then Click &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/inkjet-multifunction/mx-series-inkjet/mx922/pixma-mx922" target="_self" rel="nofollow"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; to access the most current driver available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you have reinstalled the drivers and added the printer back on to the computer, please try to print again. Is there still red on the paper? If so could you take a picture of the paper and attach it to your reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We look forward to hearing back from you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
