    <description>&lt;P&gt;My MX922 has lost its mind.&amp;nbsp; When helping my daughter print something from Google Docs, we found using the high quality print setting was still returning a bad result.&amp;nbsp; I ran the nozzle test and it seems to be missing the pattern at the top.&amp;nbsp; I then randomly ran the cleaning routine and then downloaded the latest firmware and nothing.&amp;nbsp; From Google Docs, it only spools and from Word on my desktop, it only prints the images within a document - no text.&amp;nbsp; I've restarted both the printer and my laptop multiple times, restarted the print spooler, reinstalled the printer, etc.&amp;nbsp; No clue what to do next.&amp;nbsp; Thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
