MP630 PRINT HEAD INCORRECT,

HI,

I keep getting the following message. The type of print head is incorrect. Install the correct print head.

I have followed all previous instructions to rectifiy this problem, with no luck, even download the software. I have not changed the print head, it is the original one that came with the printer when it was first purchased. I need the printer to work. What can I try next, or where do I get a new print head from in Auckland, New Zealand.

It appears this is a common fault with this printer
