    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I keep getting the following message. &amp;nbsp;The type of print head is incorrect. &amp;nbsp;Install the correct print head.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed all previous instructions to rectifiy this problem, with no luck, even download the software. &amp;nbsp;I have not changed the print head, it is the original one that came with the printer when it was first purchased. &amp;nbsp;I need the printer to work. &amp;nbsp;What can I try next, or where do I get a new print head from in Auckland, New Zealand. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It appears this is a common fault with this printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
