Canon Pixma mx472 Not powering on

My canon pixma mx472 printer was stuck up for more than 1 year i guess and now i tried to plug it on a socket but no power. is there any chance i can recover my printer and make it workin again?

Im not sure what country this canon belongs to because my mom bought this in kuwait to his american flat mate.

I guess i will end up junking this thing and buy a new one since the nearest service center here in my area does not have parts of my canon printer. 💔
