The serial number of my printer is LDAAXXXXX what model would this be?

Hi Jcastome,

To determine the model of your printer, please look in the area above the LCD screen or touch screen on your printer. You should see MG, MX, TS, etc. followed by the number.

Hi, Jcastrome!

While we were unable to find a listing for serial numbers beginning with "LDAA," we were able to find a listing for "LDA" and it corresponds to the US version of the PIXMA MX360. You should see "MX360" somewhere on the top or front of your printer. If you don't see it or if you find something different, we recommend following Patrick's advice above.
