    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot for the life of me install the MP Navigator 3.1 scanner software for the MX870 printer.&amp;nbsp; I have downloaded the appropriate software at least 10 times but when I double click on the .exe file in my Downloads folder, the files are extracted correctly but when an attempt is made to install the files, I get a message saying "An error occurred while the files were being copied." followed immediately by the message "The installation will be canceled"&amp;nbsp; What is stopping the copying of the extracted files and why can't I install the MP Navigator scanner software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards, DonB&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
