Hi! I've own 3 laptops, all running Windows 10 Home. The newest I use all the time, connecting to the Pixma TS9020. I've been updating the 2nd & 3rd computers, which have Pixma MP970 software on them. I tried printing from the 2nd & 3rd computers yesterday, and got the following message: "A file required by the Canon IJ Status Monitor is missing, or a different version exists. If restarting the computer does not correct the problem, reinstall the printer driver."

Looking at the software on the 2nd/3rd computers, I see MP970 stuff that I think I can uninstall, but I'm hesitant to do so because I've at least gotten them to print to my TS9020. Should I ditch the old, and reload the TS9020 drivers?

Thanks for your help!
