Pixma TR7520 leave streaks or fade marks on documents scanned

The problem that I am having occurs only when scanning a document to email or scanning a document to print . Printing directly from email has no fade marks. I tried cleaning both the adf and single scan glass just in case there was a smudge but no help. Anyone else have this problem
