    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried to reset using the stop and power buttons--nothing. When i turn on the switch, it is green for one second and then unblinking orange. The LCD is not turning on and the USB connect to computer gives a message that printer is offline.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just changed the cartridges with genuine replacements. Please help me turn the printer on. thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try unplugging the power from the unit for about a half hour.&amp;nbsp; Then plug the power back in and turn the unit on to see if the error clears and the display appears normally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, please check your local listings for any repair shops that might be able to repair or examine the unit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
