    <description>&lt;P&gt;I saw someone post this same issue with a different model printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plug in printer, and photo paper light comes on - whether there is paper in the paper tray or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hit power button - get power light but printer is frozen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried printing test page - no success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried pulling out the power plug, pressing power button 5 times, leaving 60 seconds then plugging in again.&amp;nbsp; No success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have a solution to this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
