      <description>&lt;P&gt;The nozzle check patten looks good, but always miss the same areas in all printing jobs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help advise.       <description>&lt;DIV class="gmail_default"&gt;Thank you so much for following up with my question!&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="gmail_default"&gt;The issue is still there after I cleaned the transparent timing strip, and did another deep cleaning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="gmail_default"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="gmail_default"&gt;I tried different print jobs, and found this issue (missing section/gap) only happens in black/white color area. All other colors in a combined color print jobs are good. Does it mean I'd better to do something else only for the black head?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="gmail_default"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="gmail_default"&gt;Thanks,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="gmail_default"&gt;Bill&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
