      <description>Thanks for info, have deep cleaned the PGBK tank a number of times and took the ink tank in to make sure it had been filled correctly and after all that the PGBK strip on the test pattern still doesn't print. I can print all other colors but not black?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the PGBK grid isn't printing after multiple cleanings have been done, the printer may need to be repaired for correction.&amp;nbsp; Please check your local listings for any electronic repair shops in your area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
