Dear Colleagues,

I just bought the TS9521C Crafters printer. I went to find a support page for downloads, drivers, etc, and there is no page to be found to support my new printer. It indicates "no page found" for the printer. I have tried everyhing, even going to Youtube.

I am trying to find the right app to connect to my IPhone, but I am confused as to which app to download to my phone. I already downloaded the Selphy since I do own one, but what app should I download for my new printer?

I wondered if there is anything I need to download for Windows 10 X64?

When I opened the printer, I did not receive a manual or the start-up disk.

You assistance will be appreciated.
