topic MG3620 5x7 envelopes in Desktop Inkjet Printers

I've been trying to print on a 5x7 envelope from my MG3620 printer since I bought it about 8 months ago. Is there something I can do? I can select a 5x7 envelope or paper from the print window, the printer seems like it's printing, but when the envelope comes out, it's blank. Seems like a printer should be able to do something this simple.

Hi BobDenby.

The only envelope sizes that the MG3620 supports are the US Comm #10 and European DL sizes. Other non-standard envelope sizes may not feed or print correctly through this printer.

Did this answer your question?
