      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;i have a mg4250 and a mg3050.firts i used the mg4250 but evreytime i get error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;11,242,0 and 9,242,0 in a window of ijscanner.&amp;nbsp; I can not scan a documet or picture.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;download a newer software of the site, install it.no result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i thought the printer is defctive. i byed a other model mg3050. maybe it wil solve.,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but it does do the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i tryed in defender the port open. no result,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i tryed a othe directory. this directory i open en i shared. In defender i give this directory open for use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the ijscanner.exe i give this a trusted app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;both printers i work with in wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;can someone please tell me what to do next ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
