Setting up a new TS8250 with Macbook Pro, OS X Mojave. Connects perfectly via wifi for printing, but does not work with scanner. Scanner is recognised, and is showing as online under System Preferences, but when clicked on it comes up with communication error 9923. The same happens when attempting to use the Mac Image Capture app. When I attempt to use the IJ Scan Lite utility, it comes up with a LAN error message, and the programme does not load.

Any help on this much appreciated. Thanks.

I looked at Airprint. This printer is not in the list compatible with AirPrint. I called Apple support. They were unable to provide some help. I called Canon support. No help.

What can I do?
