      <title>PIXMA stops printing cyan.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;My PIXMA TS9120 suddenly stopped printing cyan.&amp;nbsp; The tank was half full.&amp;nbsp; I ran the clean head and deep clean head procedures.&amp;nbsp; No luck.&amp;nbsp; I installed a new Canon ink tank but this did not help.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Do you have any suggestions before I take it to a repair shop?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;John&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi John.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing besides shutting the device off and unplugging.&amp;nbsp; Remove and reseat the print head,&amp;nbsp;then reconnecting and powering on.&amp;nbsp; A head cleaning and tank replacement should have helped.&amp;nbsp; Without an error message to confirm what's wrong, you are going to need service and repair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
