    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a pixma TS6220 and its currently displaying the message "printer error has occurred" with the error code 6900. I've tried restarting it multiple times but still the same error pops up.&amp;nbsp; Does anybody know what this means/how to fix it? I've only had this printer for a few months so i hope that it isint completly broken.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you searched for information regarding this error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ugp01.c-ij.com/ij/webmanual/ErrorCode/TS6200%20series/EN/ERR/6900.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;All I found is here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you powered it off and unplugged it?&amp;nbsp; What was the result?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the printer is a few months old, its covered under warranty.&amp;nbsp; Suggest you contact Canon for further assistance..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
