My PIXMA serial number begins with KKRC.

That's a PIXMA MG3620. You should be able to verify this by the model label on the front, bottom right corner of the machine.

You'll find the online support page HERE.

That's where you'll be able to visually identify the printer, and find all of the most up-to-date software and downloads for the unit.
