    <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last month my recently purchased Pixma MG495 has not being working properly. The black ink has appeared faded and lines are not straight. I have tried the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Purchased brand new ink cartridges.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Performed deep cleaning multiple times.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Performed the print head alignment (both manual and automatic).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not of these have worked for me. Can someone help as I am desperate!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
