      <title>Printer draw wont go back in</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I pulled out the tray to remove paper jam and now it wont close - its sticks out by about 2 inches&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is very common.&amp;nbsp; Usually one of the following.&amp;nbsp; There are small guides on the rails where the drawer slides in you may need to check if they dropped and will not allow the tray to be reinserted.&amp;nbsp; This is more common on printers with multiple trays.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Or, the paper feed mechanism can do the same.&amp;nbsp; Trying to load too much paper can sometimes cause this problem.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;It doesn't mean something is broken or wrong, you may just need to have a look to see whats binding.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
