      <description>&lt;P&gt;After I change the Ink cassette, it makes a clicking sound but the ink sheet does not advance and the error message comes back. How do I fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi CD!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My best recommendation would be to check the inside of the printer for any obstructions.&amp;nbsp; Please also remove the cartridge and see if anything may be preventing this from sitting in here correctly.&amp;nbsp; If nothing is found, unfortunately, the printer would require service options.&amp;nbsp; To hear about your servce options, you can either e-mail us at &lt;A href="mailto:mfp@cits.canon.com" target="_blank"&gt;mfp@cits.canon.com&lt;/A&gt; or call 800-828-4040 between 10AM and 10PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
