    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi tdel,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to assist with this issue we will need more information.&amp;nbsp; Please let us know what version of Windows or Mac you are using.&amp;nbsp; Also, please let us know what program you are using to print.&amp;nbsp; If you can, please try printing the photo from more then one program and let us know if the same issue happens in multiple programs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>IP2702 Cannot Print Photos</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Pixma IP2702; it will print documents (Word, pdf, etc) OK, but when I try to print a photo I get a message "printer is Offline" although it is not offline...any ideas on what to do?&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Karl,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am running Windows XP.&amp;nbsp; Now I just discovered that if I use Canon "Easy Photo Print" program, &amp;nbsp;I can print OK.&amp;nbsp; But using ACDsee or the Windows photo viewer I get the "printer offline" message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
