IP2702 Cannot Print Photos

I have a Pixma IP2702; it will print documents (Word, pdf, etc) OK, but when I try to print a photo I get a message "printer is Offline" although it is not offline...any ideas on what to do? Thanks!

Hi tdel,

In order to assist with this issue we will need more information. Please let us know what version of Windows or Mac you are using. Also, please let us know what program you are using to print. If you can, please try printing the photo from more then one program and let us know if the same issue happens in multiple programs.

Hi Karl,

I am running Windows XP. Now I just discovered that if I use Canon "Easy Photo Print" program, I can print OK. But using ACDsee or the Windows photo viewer I get the "printer offline" message.
