      <title>My PIXMA610 Series Printer will not start up.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My PIXMA610 Series Printer will not turn on.&amp;nbsp; Doesn't seem to be getting power.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It worked fine yesterday but today when I went to turn it on I found the unit unplugged.&amp;nbsp; After reinserting the plug it would not turn on. Live alone with no pets. Strange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas? Is there a reset button?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello jeharter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To try and resolve this issue, please unplug the power from the unit for about 25-30 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Once this time frame has passed, plug the unit in directly to a wall outlet to see if the printer will power on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, if the issue persists, please contact our support group using the link below for additional assistance with this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer"&gt;http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help.&amp;nbsp; The printer did respond after unplugging the cord for an hour.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately it is now giving me an error message that the print head is not correct and to install the correct print head.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas how to reset this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jim&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi jeharter,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would recommend trying to remove and reseat the print head to try and resolve the issue.&amp;nbsp; Use the following steps to reseat the print head:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Make sure that the power is turned on, and open the Paper Output Tray gently&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Lift the scanning unit (printer cover) completely.
