    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I purchased my TS9120 in Amazon, but am living in Korea now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My printer shows me the 5011 error message only a few weeks later I purchase it, so I could only print about 10 pictures using it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My situation is very similar to the below link.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Printer-Multifunction-Support/Canon-TS9120-code-5011/td-p/280985" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Printer-Multifunction-Support/Canon-TS9120-code-5011/td-p/280985&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like the fifth guy, my scanner bar shows me a weak green light, and then goes back to where it comes from.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried turning off and on following the manual troubleshooting, but it did not work at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I also called Canon Korea service center, but they said they cannot help me because they do not have scanner part of the product.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Therefore, I need to fix this product on my own or I have to throw this product away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone suggest me a solution to resolve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't need the scanning option so I'm willing to turn off/get rid of the scanner if possible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
