Hi LuckyDuck.

Print presets on Mac OS are handled through the Mac OS system Print window. There is no interface on the printer itself to restrict printing to a single page. If such a preset for single-page printing does exist, you will want to look for it at Apple's support site (non-Canon link: http://support.apple.com).

Did this answer your question?
Can Settings be saved to only print 1st page on PixmaMX490 on Mac There’s a site I print from frequently and only need the first page when printing 6 different things from it. I can save the print ratio size, but don’t see how to save a preference for 1st page only. It would be preferable not to have to reset this for every time I’m printing several pages from a site and only the first page is needed.

Also, if you can remind me how to set draft as preferred setting that would be helpful.
