Hi, we have two locations where we print from as a family. So, two different networks. The TR8500 series has worked well for us. I am wondering if I can install two different TR8500 series printers on our computers that are in different locations and using different networks. Will the software be "smart enough" to detect the one that is available on the network where we are located OR will the same name cause issues? Thanks.

Hi mcd,

You can install both, there will be two listing of the TR8500 in the Printers window, one for each location.

When you attempt to print, select the printer that is in the same location as you and you will be able to print.
