PIXMA TS5120 front cassette reports no paper

When printing from the front cassette, the paper will come out the rear of the printer and will then display a no paper message. If I print from the rear tray it prints fine.

The typical cause for this behavior is the default paper tray setting in the printer driver or properties.

You may have the default tray set for the rear.

Hello..I went into feed settings and changed from rear cassette to front cassette. Tapped 'register' and when I exited, the settings defaults back to rear. any suggestions

What device are you printing from? Are you using the Canon Print app, or AirPrint?
