    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a NEW Pixima TR8520,&amp;nbsp; its on the network and its constantly going offline.&amp;nbsp; It is a fall back printer but is used several times a week.&amp;nbsp; We go thru hell trying to print to it.&amp;nbsp; The machine its most problematic with is a Vista 64 based windows pc which we use.&amp;nbsp; The printer is fully comaptible with Vista says so on the website and talking to Office Max where it was purchased.&amp;nbsp; Network signal has not showed lower than 24% where it sits.&amp;nbsp; Its replaced a HP that never had this issue.&amp;nbsp; What is going on.&amp;nbsp; We need it to work from the Vista PC most of all as thats what its the fallback for.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what website you are looking at but this is from the product&amp;nbsp;support page on Canon's&amp;nbsp;website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/21649iDDDF2CAC6B0BF83A/image-size/original?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="Vista Not Supported.png" title="Vista Not Supported.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows Vista is not supported.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Microsoft stopped supporting Vista&amp;nbsp;in April of 2012.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
