      <description>&lt;P&gt;My printer is Canon MG3020.&amp;nbsp; Want to print a 8 x 10 color photo on either Matte or Glossy paper.&amp;nbsp; This is the message I get:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="stc"&gt;4102&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="section"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="stc"&gt;Cause&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="stc"&gt;Media type and paper size are not set correctly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="stc"&gt;What to Do&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="stc"&gt;Press the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="other_ui"&gt;printer&lt;/SPAN&gt;'s&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="ui Button"&gt;Stop&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;button to cancel printing, change the media type or paper size setting, and then redo the printing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="stc"&gt;When the media type is set to Photo Paper Plus Glossy II:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="stc"&gt;Set the paper size to 4" x 6" (10 x 15 cm) or 5" x 7" (13 x 18 cm).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="stc"&gt;When the media type is set to Glossy Photo Paper:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="stc"&gt;Set the paper size to 4" x 6" (10 x 15 cm).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="stc"&gt;I do not want a 4x6 or 5 x 7.&amp;nbsp; I am using regular 8.5x11 paper.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="stc"&gt;It Did print on plain paper.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="stc"&gt;Please advise.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
