Canon MG7720 can't align pageblack print

My printer is working OK but the pageblack cartridge prints wavy lines and double text. I have run the print head alignment function several times and it still prints wrong. What other options do I have?

If the issue persists after the timing strip has been cleaned, the printer may need to be serviced. If you would like to get the unit repaired, please check your local listings for any electronic repair shops in your area.
