    <description>&lt;P&gt;My computer is telling me the paper output tray is opened. It is not. I just had the ink replaced thikning that was the problem. It was not. I tried a hard reset, air dusting, cleaning and moving things around. It did not help and i cannot clear this error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error 1200 on the MG3620 means the printer "thinks" the paper output cover is open.&amp;nbsp; I realize you said this isn't the case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please open the cover and power off the printer.&amp;nbsp; Now disconnect it from power.&amp;nbsp; Wait a few minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now close the cover, reconnet to power and&amp;nbsp;turn on the device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
