I want to print from the rear tray on paper other than letter, but the printer wants to print from front cassett. I am using win 10 pro. and printing from a word document. Thanks.

What is the paper size and type that you are attempting to print with?

I does not mater what the paper size is, what ever I put in does not print.

Hello.

You can specify the feed settings in the printer driver before sending the print job from your software. From the print menu of your software, you should be able to enter the Preferences menu for the printer. Once there, you can specify the appropriate paper source before printing. Visit the following link for details:

Details about how to specify the paper source can be found on step 6.

no matter what i try i cannot get a print from the rear tray...any other ideas....help!!!

everything im trying to print comes out blank
