      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We understand this can be frustrating.&amp;nbsp; "Does not connect to our network".&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately this is not enough of a&amp;nbsp;problem description.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't tell us what you've tried,&amp;nbsp;or what happened when you did it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What steps have you performed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Result?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error messages, etc?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows / MAC?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your wi-fi network is?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it using SMART Connect (One SSID name) for all networks?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note: the printer can only connect to a&amp;nbsp;2.4Ghz broadcast.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://downloads.canon.com/wireless/setup_mg3620_win.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;http://downloads.canon.com/wireless/setup_mg3620_win.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MAC:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://downloads.canon.com/wireless/setup_mg3620_mac.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;http://downloads.canon.com/wireless/setup_mg3620_mac.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Followed all the steps" ... you'll have to share these.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IJ Networking Tool set up..&amp;nbsp; sees the network, doesn't see it?...&amp;nbsp; I get to step&amp;nbsp;X and nothing else happens?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We can try to help, but not without more information from&amp;nbsp;you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
