      <description>&lt;P&gt;PIXMA MG-3022&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am trying to use the scan feature and keep getting this Code 5,157,69.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions??&amp;nbsp; I have downloaded and updated the drivers and that hasn't helped.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the late response.&amp;nbsp; Life got in the way!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is what I know...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MG3022 installed under "?" which OS?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Windows 10 not sure if it's 32 or 64 bit.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connected how? &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Connected directly.&amp;nbsp; No wireless.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please provide the driver (and version) you have tried or installed.&lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;Not sure about the drivers.&amp;nbsp; I did go back to the Canon site and downloaded this:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://gdlp01.c-wss.com/gds/9/0100007609/01/win-mg3000-1_0-n_jucd.exe" target="_blank"&gt;win-mg3000-1_0-n_jucd.exe&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; MG3000 series Full Driver &amp;amp; Software Package (Windows) July 2016 update.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you connecting to any type of VPN?&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;No&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you using any antivirus software?&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;I use Microsoft Essentials and Malwarebytes&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mogdragon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reinstalling will resolve this issue.&amp;nbsp; To do this, please disconnect the USB cable and then follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Press the Windows key on your keyboard and the letter R, then let both go.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; In the Run window, please type CONTROL PANEL and click OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Click on View devices and printers (or Devices and printers, depending on your view).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Right click the Canon MG3000 series and left click on Remove device.&amp;nbsp; Repeat until all MG3000's are removed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;5.&amp;nbsp; In the upper left corner, click on Control Panel (or the Back button).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;6.&amp;nbsp; In Control Panel, click on Uninstall a program (or Programs and features, depending on your view).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;7.&amp;nbsp; Click once on "MG3000 series MP Drivers" and then click Uninstall at the top.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;8.&amp;nbsp; Follow the on screen prompts to uninstall the driver.&amp;nbsp; When you click Complete,&amp;nbsp; the driver is uninstalled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;9.&amp;nbsp; Once done, please reboot your computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When your computer restarts, we will reinstall:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Please use the following link:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/inkjet-multifunction/mg-series-inkjet/mg3020-bk?tab=drivers_downloads" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/inkjet-multifunction/mg-series-inkjet/mg3020-bk?tab=drivers_downloads&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Click the Select button next to "MMG3000 series MP Drivers Ver.1.03 (Windows)".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Click the Download button.&amp;nbsp; The drivers will download.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Once the download is complete, open your downloads folder.&amp;nbsp; To access this, press CTRL and J, then let both go.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;5.&amp;nbsp; Double click "mp68-win-mg3000-1_03-ea34_2.exe" to begin the installation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;6.&amp;nbsp; Follow the on screen prompts to reinstall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the installation has completed, please attempt to scan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
