Trying to Install Pixma MP600 Printer on iMac

Hi - I switched from Windows computer to Apple iMAC. Trying to coneect my Pixma MP600 to my iMAC. Not seeing software/drivers to install. Using Catalina 10.15. Love the printer and hoping I don't have to buy a new printer. Could really use some help!!!!! Thanks in advance.

The PIXMA MP600 is not compatible with macOS v10.15. You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
