MG2522 Print output has 'steps' in what should be straight lines

Hello,

This is not a new problem but I have a MG2522 that prints lines that have 1mm steps in them. Hard to describe...

These steps are regularly spaced and occur about every 1/2"

I print Postage labels and I'm afraid the stepped lines are interfering with the Bar and Scan Codes on the Label.

I print w BLACK INK ONLY selected

My solutions have not worked.

They include:

New Driver installation & Set Up - Did not work
Change Resolution from Draft to High - "

Checking Cartitridges for proper install - "
New Ink Cartridges - "
