    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the suggestion.&amp;nbsp; It was set on Network.&amp;nbsp; I disabled the firewall and antivirus and it still will not scan.&amp;nbsp; Any other ideas to help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had aa PIXMA 922 for several years and never had a problem.&amp;nbsp; Now I cannot scan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get error that it cannot communicate with the scanner.&amp;nbsp; Code 5, 157,69&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have a solution?&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for replying.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is connected on WiFi.&amp;nbsp; It is Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No changes to Network, hardware, etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the printer is being used wirelessly, check to make sure that the "Network" version of the scanner is selectedin the scanner menu&amp;nbsp;at the top of the program.&amp;nbsp; Also temporarily disable any firewall or anti-spyware programs on the PC to see if this will allow you to scan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
